Maybe you would like to know why we are again booking your hotel, ok. (1) it is very good value for the money. (2)Even though our flight was a half hour early, you were there to meet us, handle all our baggage even to loading into the hire car the following morning. (3)the accommodation was excellent. (4 The staff were very efficient and helpful There are certain renovations taking place, these don't inconvenience the guests in any way, but should improve the star ranking of the hotel which it surely deserves.
